Waters' Hydrotest started out as Waters Tool and Hydro/Mac Tools a mobile tool business specializing in top of the line hand tools and precision diagnostic equipment for the automotive and aviation industries. Along the way I developed a love for scuba diving and have spent several years traveling the world's oceans.

After discovering that my local dive shop was having trouble with the recertification of our scuba cylinders I started researching the possibility of creating a new business in hydrostatic testing. The rest is history. Testing and recertifying cylinders since 2007.

I have since become the number one facility in our area for scuba cylinders as well as fire departments local rescue squads and the only facility in our area for aviation and paintball cylinders. Also work as a subcontractor for two of the larger local industrial gasses companies and fire suppression operators.
